Contract Cancellation

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the Products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in our Returns procedure. Please note that your right to return products does NOT apply to footwear that has been worn. All returns to be returned as first dispatched, unworn, in box complete with tags if relevant.


Returns Policy

We trust that you will be as pleased with our products as we are. However, if for any reason you are not, please return them, unused and securely packaged, within 14 days of purchase. We will then exchange the item, or provide you with a full refund. Please notify us why the item is being returned with the original proof of purchase. In the unlikely event of goods being faulty, we will cover the cost of postage and packaging for replacements. All other returns will be subject to our standard postal charges.

Items purchased at our show stand can only be exchanged if the goods are found to be faulty and must be made available for our inspection. Please allow up to 28 days for your returned item to be delivered to you.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
