Online Orders

Contract creation and electronic processing

The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
1. You place the order for your products on the website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website.
2. As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email. Should the item you order be out of stock we will email and no monies will be debited or charged.
3. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in change or cancel an order.


Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

1. The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
2. Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
3. The identification of a pricing or product description error.

Online Payments

We accept most major debit and credit cards but regret that we are currently unable to process payment by Amex cards.

Online Security

Online orders are submitted through a secure server connection in conjunction with RomanCart.com


Alternative Ordering Information

Shopping with Timsbury is designed to be a pleasure. Each section is broken down for you to be able to browse online, once you have selected a category to view, click on that item and a larger image will appear for you to inspect a little closer. Make a note of the item code, price and size you require.

You can then contact us by phone or email to place your order. (Please see our Contact Us page.) We can then take payment by most credit or debit cards. If you do not have a credit or debit card we can accept cheques or postal orders by post but this will take a little longer to process.

 

Contract Cancellation

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the Products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in our Returns procedure. Please note that your right to return products does NOT apply to footwear that has been worn. All returns to be returned as first dispatched, unworn, in box complete with tags if relevant.


Returns Policy


We trust that you will be as pleased with our products as we are. However, if for any reason you are not, please return them, unused and securely packaged, within 14 days of purchase. We will then exchange the item, or provide you with a full refund. Please notify us why the item is being returned with the original proof of purchase. In the unlikely event of goods being faulty, we will cover the cost of postage and packaging for replacements. All other returns will be subject to our standard postal charges.

Items purchased at our show stand can only be exchanged if the goods are found to be faulty and must be made available for our inspection. Please allow up to 28 days for your returned item to be delivered to you.


This does not affect your statutory rights.

We take every care to ensure that the photographic layout is a true representation of our products.

Whilst colours can vary we do try to make sure that accurate descriptions are given to enhance the photographs.
